We all have to get rest and when we go to sleep our subconscious mind goes to work and help us figure out an obstacle we may have encountered while awake, this represents an alignment of our conscious and subconscious mind.
When one achieves and alignment of their conscious and subconscious mind, something special happens, it is called excellence. Excellence is not only a space, but a place where exceptional things happen such as finding a cure for a rare disease, creating an opportunity for peace and or being of service to people you do not know.
Living a life with excellence as the mantra for all things you do, move others to discover what you have that is different from them. For example, if you believe in strengthening the community you live in, then you will have to volunteer and get involved and when a problem rears its head, find a solution for it.
When we give of our gifts, talents, time and resources we have in essence become people of excellence personified. Rare is the person who dares to be a change agent for good and goodness.
The population that stands to gain the most from your exhibition of excellence is young people. Young people strive to find ordinary adults who do extraordinary things. Look at organizations that work with gang members, have you ever wondered how they are able to turn their lives around?
It is very elementary, people in organizations that work with at risk youth tap into the essence of the gang member and focus on the core needs of the individual, which happens to be a good person who simply made some poor choices in life. The excellent ability of the individuals in organizations that work with gang members, ultimately leave a legacy with the people they move them from self-destruction to success.
